To protect yourself during travel, combine equal amounts of mustard seed, comfrey, Irish moss, and kelp (also known as bladderwrack). Tie these up in a white or yellow cloth and carry it with you when you travel. You may even choose to tuck one into each of your suitcases and garment bags.
